Hi all, lurking no more!

I am a BES admin in a small environment 50 users. I set up an individual recently and have never had this problem before. He is getting the following.


'net.rim.device.apps.internal.addressbook.mailingaddress.MailingAddressModelImpl@<hidden>' on 6/4/2006 8:16 AM
Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator.


Ive never had this issue before, I think he may be playing with some redirection settings on the device but wont own up to it.
Considering re-activating the device and have already tried to resend the service book.

Any thoughts?

remove and readd to the server, then reactivate. Something is not communicating between the server and his blackberry.

When you remove the user also remove his settings from his mail account.

Then when you delete the user from the BES, make sure you close down the handheld manager or server interface so that it will clear out of memory. Then reopen and readd. Then reactivate.
