A simple question - I forward all my email to a Gmail account and then to my blackberry and then to Outlook 2003. Some mail is not coming through altho it does appear in the Gmail account and in my BB as well. Is there a setting in BB that is preventing this from forwarding to my Outlook account?

Do you have Gmail set to save or delete the messages after forwarding?

how do you have the Gmail going to your Outlook? through POP access?
if so it may be that it's stopped working since tyou hit 400 messages on Gmails pop server
just disable/re-enable pop choosing the option from this point onward (not from when you created the account)
should fix it...untill you get to 400 messages on the server again

I forward the Gmail to my BB and one stupid question - how do I know how my mail is forwarded from my BB to Outlook???

it can't be forwarded from your BB to your Outlook - not possible
check how your outlook is set up

You are right - Out says it is pop from my host.
