Is there a trick to loading this OS on an 8700? I downloaded the file and ran the .exe and it loaded into my desktop manager but i cannot get it on my 8700. From desktop manager when I click on "About" I see the latest Cingular OS and the Telstra one. Any help would be appreciated.

If you follow those instructions to the letter, you should be good.

Like he said. It also might help to run the Cingular OS package again and then choose the Remove option. It could be confusing Desktop Manager to have both available.

Thanks everybody...I have been a Palm/Treo guy for a long time and am not as familiar with the BB OS and how to move from one to the other. the link with directions was perfect! I have the updated OS loaded with the ZEN theme and loaded the Vodaphone Today theme as well. All very cool!

Thanks again and for also not flaming someone probably asking a dumb question. : )
