BES works under BESAdmin account only

Hello,
I've installed BES Express after reading a fair amount of the the pdf's .

It seems to work ok (emails, contacts etc. send & sync)

However if I log off the server or log on as a different user to BESAdmin then messages are not being sent to BB's.
The services all run under the BESAdmin account and have the rights set correctly.
Exchange security has BESAdmin set to Send as, receive as and Administer the store.

Also , when starting the Blackberry Manager while logged onto the server as Administrator or users other than BESAdmin, I get the following message
"Failed to open default message store using Mapi profile Blackberry Manager"

Any suggestions on what the cause(s) might be.

Are you sure the BES services are stopping when you log out?

Check Services in Computer Manager. The BES services will run independently of logon.
