View Full Version : Dropped call issues 8700g T-Mo

Hey everyone. I have been using my 8700g T-Mobile phone on T-Mobile's network since the day it was launched. As of a couple weeks ago, I started dropping calls quite often, 1-3 times a day. I started out with the T-Mo software, then upgraded to get Zen, then upgraded to Telestra a couple days ago and have been running the today theme. There are no issues in my area. Could it be the BB? They are sending me another one to swap out, do you think this will help?

It is possible that it is the unit however, You can check T-mo's coverage and compare it to where you will use your phone most. The coverage may be the issue as well.

Check out the new one, see how it goes. But also check the coverage for your area on My-Tmobile and give it a look. See how well your area is covered
