Removing Blackberry Today

I have a user who has this program which prevents her from using her BB. It freezes all the time at the xoap.weather.com screen. The user can't get past it. The user has no desire to use this program.

I have searched the knowledge base no avail.

How do I the following:

1) Delete this application from the handheld device?
2) Where does application load from, so I can prevent it coming back?

Options – Advanced Options – Applications – BBToday – Click Trackwheel – delete.

Yes, but the problem is the user device's seems to freeze when after she turns it on and the proxy screen appear. Is there way to remove the application?
