I see the problems with Cingualr and Verizon, thought I'd start the Tmo problems.

I haven't gotten any email since last night. I did all the usually resets so I'm thinking the problems are bigger then just me. I'm in Phoenix.

I'm in MD and it seems like I'm also experiencing delays....I did a hard reset (battery out then back in) and I see emails in my comp's inbox but none in my BB's...I hope this gets fixed asap..

Chicago here, and the usual almost-instant e-mails to my tmo.blackberry.net address haven't arrived in over 15 minutes and counting.

Just browse the first page of almost every forum on this site, and you will see that everyone is having this problem on every carrier. It's RIM problem, not carrier specific.

How do you open a ticket with them...I was not aware that an end user could contact them, I thought that was up to the Carrier..

Also, as I was typing this, a bunch of emails from earlier today just showed up on my handheld...

I am in Michigan on Nextel, and sent myself some service books that have yet to make it to my BB. I can PIN, but emails aren't coming through. I was on hold for 10 minutes trying to get through. I was done. Please post if anyone knows the deal.

contact your carrier (i go directly to cingular's data support team) and have them open a ticket with RIM. thats how i have always done it.

I sent a message to my tmo.blackberry.net address and it pushed through all the others that had been waiting.

I'm on Cingular and have been having problems all morning as well. Like josh816816 I sent another message to my @<hidden> account and it pushed all the other emails that have been hanging out there. Hopefully all is better now.
