Help Please

I've had this blackberry and then my cousin came and he was playing around and he pressed a ton of buttons and now it says Handheld is locked and I dunno the password is there a way to hardreset it or somthing?

Call your provider and see if they can help. If it's like mine, and you enter the wrong code 10 times, it wipes the data, and resets the device...

So, really you could do that, since you can then connect it to a pc and re-sync...

But, try the former first...

Yeh, enter the password 10 times incorrect and the device will wipe itself. Next time keep your valubles away from non techie family members...

hold down the alt and cap key while pressing the s-g-u-r-z-p-m-n-l-q-x keys simultaneously, then while all those keys are held down at the same time press the backspace key, then the light button. It will wipe the password and unlock the handheld.
