Hi guys,
I have a BB 7750 that's 1.5 years old. Everything worked fine until last week the phone quit working properly. Email, SMS, browser works just fine. But the phone has no sound.
The phone vibrates and rings much slower than it used to. Then when the call is connected I cannot hear anything and the other person cannot hear me. I've tried removing the battery and running the unit down and recharging it. However, sometimes it will work briefly after being charged.
Has anyone else run into this??? Thanks.
