I have setup a few folders...I'd like to see all the mail in those folders (named Archive, Business etc). However, I only see the ones today...how do I fix this? Thanks

I think you are only able to view mail in the folders that arrives after you do the Enterprise Activation.

Any old mail in sub folders isn't viewable.

I can see mail from today in my other folders (such as Archives). So I know it works...but how can I get it to show from the previous dates?

Mail from "today" meaning mail from before you did the Enterprise Activation?

lgreenberg is correct. If you get a new device or do an OS upgrade, you have to do the activation again, and your mail archives go away (at least I've not figured out how to make the desktop manager save them).

Oh I see! I get what ur getting at now. But in the future (like tomorrow), I should be able to see the mail in other folders? (I set it up that way in the desktop manager)

No, you won't ever see any mail from before today on the device.

Yes, you'll see mail that arrives and you file tomorrow and from then on.
