i was wondering if someone can give me some advice on how to open up my 8700c. i have a bunch of dust under the screen and want to blow it out with compressed air. once i remove the three screws the case still seems locked into place. any screws im missing? are there any plastic tabs that i need to find? thanks!

Check out this link in the forum. It has detailed pictures and step by step instructions. Just scroll down in the link. I have done this about 2 weeks ago and it was pretty easy. The only challenge was pressing the plastic tabs in - - and worrying about snapping them. Once you finally get it, it is easy to do again. It's great to get all of the dust off the inside of the display. Good Luck!!

Just be sure to do this on a flat, even surface. I have done it several times and somethings always drops off your berry. The trackwheel and back button housing will probably drop down , easy to put back though. Just be careful, can be tedious...
