Intellisync Configuration is invaild

I bought a 7520 from a friend and it is great. I was using 7510 till it crapped out. My problem is that I can't get it to sync with my Outlook calander or contacts. I don't have the email service for the phone. I can't afford it right now. I just want to use the organizer functions of the device. I have Desktop Manager V4.0 installed on my terminal. Is there any way to reconfigure my Intellisync? Thank you for your time.
