BES outbound queue

Hi all

I'm maybe blind but I cannot find the oubound queue in my BES...

Everytime I read the FAQ, I can read "you can see in the queue" but I can see the queue at all...

Could someone have an idea for me?? I'd like to know how many messages are "really" pending and see to whom...

outbound queue or work queue indeed...

I can see the queue using a free mssql browser but cannot edit it...
