I am a newbie with a BB. Just got a 7280 from work. However, I would like to carry a phone on the weekends so I don't wreck the BB. It is GSM and the screen says AT&T. Is it as simple as removing the SIM card and putting it in a phone? I understand I would not have data. Does the phone need to be unlocked? Thanks for your help.

It will work fine - but the phone does need to be either AT&T or unlocked.. I do it all the time - no problems.
