Wireless Option Not enabled

The wireless sync option yes or no does not appear in my Task options. Any idea how to fix this. 8700G and BES. thanks

Delete the Desktop [SYNC] service book. Wait 1 minute. Press scroll wheel and select Undelete, or have the BES push out new service books. Wait 5-10 minutes for the handheld to recomplete te slow sync portion of Enterprise Activation.
