Need Advice

I have an end user that is using a nextel 7520. This morning he missed an appointment because his calendar was 1 hour off from his outlook. His blackberry date and time is correct, the network time is correct, and I have not a clue as to why this happened. I disabled wireless redirection and then re-enabled it. It didn't fix the problem. Any other suggestions?

This can sometimes happen when the the computer he is using Outlook on is either one hour off or the wrong time zone is set. Sometimes goffy things can happen as well if the computer is in a different time zone from the Exchange server, so the server is saying one time and Outlook is saying another.
