Lag on the Rogers Network

I just activated my Blackberry 7130g yesterday with Rogers and added my Sympatico e-mail account. I notice a significant time lag (upwards of 10-15 minutes) between the time the e-mail is sent (or recognized on the server) until I actually receive the message on my device.

Is anybody else that accesses their Sympatico e-mail experiencing similar problems?

By default BIS service takes 10-15 min to push mssages to your device so it's not Robbers. Kindly use the search feature for workarounds.
