View Full Version : Outlook does not appear in IntelliSync

I have just installed Outllok 2003 on my WinXp system. I open Decktop Manager 4.1 and click on configure PIM. On the next screen where you select Address Book, Calender, Memopad or Tasks, the Outlook does not show up. At this point, I am stuck.We are not running BES. I am just trying to see if I can sync my 8700 with Outlook using Desktop Manager.

Any suggestions...

Try re-intalling Desktop Manager. If you installed it before installing Outlook it most likely didn't recognize Outlook as a sync option as it wasn't there before.

Make sure you do a full un-install and re-install.

You nailed it. After I reiinstalled Desktop Manager, Outlook showed up as an option. Thanks for the help!!!
