use the BlackBerry Resource Kit:

MDSPushvsPull.exe - Enables Administrators to monitor whether the BlackBerry Mobile Data Service is processing more data by push or by pull

Try it and see if it addresses your need :)

both 4.0 and 4.1... try it out... the tabulated information is by PIN number :)
