Hi Everyone -

To give alittle background on my issue here...

The company I work for was recently aquired, and as such all of our computers were changed and we were given new "profiles" ?

Ever since, when I try to synch it goes through the motions fine, but does nothing (doesnt add new contacts, tasks, etc).

I tried uninstalling the desktop manager, and then reinstalling using my new account. However I get the same result.

Any help would be appreciated!

Try this:

Open Desktop Manager -> Click on Intellisync -> Configure PIM

Make sure you have your Address Book, Calender, Memopad and Tasks are pointed to MS Outlook or any other supported client.

And make sure that DM is using the correct (new) profile.
