bb 7100i user (Applications)

Hey guys I have a quick question. I cannot open any attatchments in my emails that i get on my bb. I have the Nextel 7100i. How would I go about correcting that problem? Is there something I have to do in options, or do I have to find an application to buy and download?

What kind of attachments are you needing to open? images or word docs? or excel sheets? or other?
It makes a difference with the 7100i and a 3rd party app may be needed depending on your needs.

The attachments that I can't get are images not word or exel attachments.
