Hello all, I am so glad I found this forum, this will come in very handy.

I have several users with 7100 series BB's and a few of the users can NOT reply to email messages. The can receive email messages but when they attempt to reply to a message the send option is NOT available. I am using the same model BB as they are and the Send option is there for me. Anyone know how to get this enabled on their BB's?

Delete service books from the device and then re-send them from the BIS account.

Man, thanks for replying. How to I re-send the service book from the BIS account?

Do I delete ALL the services listed under Service Books?

Ok, here's what I did.

1. Deleted the Desktop[CMIME] Service from the Service Books.
2. Reactivated the BlackBerry Device.

The "Send" option was available after that.
