If i go to the email icon i get missed calls and i cant seem to find his email. The small icon is in the upper left hand corner showing 4 emails but i cant find them. BB 8700c cingular service.

Try looking in Messages > View Saved Messages.

I just did a hard reset and seemed to fix the problem. i still dont understand why his email icon showes missed and placed calls. it gives him a envelope for every missed call. i would like to change it like mine where there is a seperate icon for calls and email. i just cant seem to figure it out.

The only way to change if the calls show in the message list is to change them via the phone options under call logging.
