Call Barring

My new 7130 says it is barring outgoing calls of international calls. I went into the call barring area under option of logged calls and to disable it it is asking me for a password. I don't know a password that I have set. I tried 1111, 0000, 1234, last 4 numbers of my phone number but cannot get this disabled.

Any suggestions?

Generally you need to call the carrier and have them lift the international calling block from your plan.
