I was under the impression that when I enter new contact info into my 8700g that when I plug it into the main computer the contacts list should be updated in my computer to match the 8700g. It appears that the contact info is only being updated from the computer to the 8700g not the other way around. Can someone explain this for me?

Check the options you have set within BlackBerry Desktop Manager (BDM). Go to BDM > Intellisync > Configure PIM... > Address Book > Choose. Make sure The Synchronize is selected.

I checked the items you desribed. Still not functioning from BB to comptuer.
