I have swithed from 8700 and 7130 and love it. The better audio and smaller size has made the switch well worth it. Suretype has taken some getting used to, but i am about as fast and accurate now, after about 3 weeks. In my opinion, well worth it.

Another vote for SureType here. The fact that the keys are closer together on SureType devices enables particularly fast typing once the user becomes accustomed to the nuances of the SureType engine.

Went from loving sure type to using and loving the QWERTY 8700...

It's entirely personal preference. I like qwerty but I'm not going to get all evangelical about it. I'm thankful that we at least have the choice unlike some poor saps on other devices.
