Hello,
I am responsible for the 10 BB 7290s at our agency. I want to upgrade all of them to the lastest version of the RIM software (4.10.309).
Can I use my desktop manager to upgrade them all or do I need to install the manager on a separate computer for each device I want to upgrade?

Thanks for any advice.

Yes, you can use one workstation to upgrade all devices.

You sure can - I do this at work frequently. As long as you have DM and the OS for the handheld installed, go for it! Just make sure there are no mail profiles enabled for automatic login.

I just chose 'cancel' when the dialog appears for email profile.

You will, of course, need the device password(s) to upgrade the OS, and they will need to be re-EAed afterwards (this presumes they were already Enterprise Acitvated and in use by, um, users)...
