Big Problem , Phone Resets Every Call!

Hello:

I got my phone a few days ago and it was working BEAUTIFUL! , but yesterday morning I started to get sounds in the speaker like radiofrequencies, and after that when I received a call the phone screen turned off the led to red, and then after 2 seconds back on again ann says searching for network, the same problem when trying to make phone calls, so I can not make or receive calls or emails, I put mi chip in another phone (7100) and works great.

What my phone has? do I have to reset it? if thats the case wheres the reset button? or is my phone damaged?

If you've only had the phone for a few days, I would exchange it for a new one.
