7520 Email issues

Im new to the blackberry, I tried setting it up as directed, I am able to recieve email from all the accounts that I put in there, but I am unable to send email to anyone that has not sent me an email. They only way I can send email to those who sent me an email is via a reply, using the address book off the address that I saved still gives me the red x. So my question is how do I get this set up so I can send email to people that haven't sent me an email yet?

I already did soft restart, I cleared the sender books and sent new ones for the email accounts

Error given is

Message Status: Unable to look up the user info in database

Ive been on the phone with Nextel for the last 2 hours, and they are stumped, they can't figure out why, they say everything is good on there end. Has anyone before had this issue?

Are you on some sort of BES perhaps??? I am grasping for straws here, but maybe it is a BES thing?

what doe sit sa yunder "send using"on an email you can send and one you can't

willing to bet your sending w/ an improper service book (like desktop if your not on a BES or running redirector or web client if your using BIS 2.x)
