I could call from my address book by highlighting the number and clicking the wheel. Suddenly it does not start calling, it just gives me the phone calling list. I have checked all option settings and can find nothing different. Can anyone help?
I have found the answer to this question myself. I had downloaded Berry411 application to my Blackberry. This application made the calling system to malfunction. When I removed Berry411, the calling system reverted to normal.
