Howdy,
We have recently updated a slew of Blackberrys to model 8700c. The new models work great in all aspect except they will not sync the calendar from the Blackberry to Outlook.
The older models 7290's are working just fine. I've moved users around and when I move a problem user to the 7290, they work just fine as well... until I move them back to a 8700c.
I've ensured the CDO.dll's on the exchange server and the BB server are in sync. When the problem user trys to sync, the following error occurs within event viewer.
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent Servername Agent 2
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20000
Date: 8/21/2006
Time: 11:18:08 AM
User: N/A
Computer: Servername
Description:
{Username} Send() failed: ERR_FAIL, Tag=1082403
Everything else syncs up just fine, it appears the only issue is with the calendar.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
