SOS can't unlock my 7290 keyboard

Ugh, this afternoon I had my blackberry and ipod in the same pocket, I had to pack some items in our warehouse.

I have been trying to use my 7290 but the keys don't do anything, no scroll wheel use or anything. I'm having a strange feeling that I must have locked it by accident.

I've reset it several times, taken the sim card etc but no luck. I'm leaving out of town on a business trip in two days. Tried calling Cingular and no luck there.

ANy help I would greatly appreciate!!!!

If you really did lock it, you'd be able to (attempt to) type in a password to unlock it. What did Cingular say when you called?

Biz trip - Is this a work supplied Blackberry? If so, did you talk to the BES Admin?

Cingular forwarded me to Blackberry and it went downhill from there.

I just can't get any of the keys to function nor the thumbwheel key. I can't even get the backlight to come on.

It just seems locked. I can call the phone but it won't let me answer it, and it's still receiving emails too.

Sounds like your device is toast. Did you buy it recently from Cingular (is it still under warranty)?
