Just got my 7130e yesterday and am trying to use the Intellisync. When I try and configure the Calendar to MS Outlook, it asks me for a specific folder, so I hit Browse and it goes to Personal Folders and I click on Calendar. But, when I try and sync, it starts, but when it gets to reading from MS Outlook Calendar, it says it has encountered an internal problem and has to close. I called Verizon and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I said it asked me for the specific folder and then they had a fire alarm in the building and I have to call back! Thank you for your help!

Oh, and I did remove the folder that is spoken of in another thread.

Are you pointing it to the folder that contains your Outlook .pst file?
