I have a bluetooth adapter for my PC. Internet connection sharing turned on with a generic 192.168.0.1 assigned to my bluetooth adapter TCP settings. Can the bluetooth adapter on my PC act as a gateway for the blackberry? For instance, does the blackberry have a configurable TCP stack or something once i sync with a device ?

And is there something third party that could help me with this ?

No. You can not use the BT on the BlackBerry for Internet access.
BT on a BlackBerry is extremely limited.
