Error message on 7100i

when my blackberry starts it says uncaught exception -1 then when i clik ok it adds java.lang.arraindexout of boundsexception.
whats wrong with it and how do i fix it?

Take the battery out and hold the power button down for 30 sec. Then replace the battery and let it boot up. The uncaught exception should be gone then

I had doc hawk trial on the unit plus telnav and efile I removed those and I tried removing the battery and holding the power button down but I still get
uncaught exception -1 and then java.lang.Error after I clik the wheel
