8700 and BMW bluetooth problem

hi all im having problems with my 8700 and my 2005 3 series BMW. about every 4-5 times i turn the car on my 8700 totally reboots itself as it is trying to pair with my car.. the other times it pairs no problems.

Anyone got any ideas on this one
