Problem with sync - doesn't sync folders

I have all my contacts in Outlook sorted into various folders. When I sync with my BB, no contacts migrate over unless they are in the parent "contacts" directory. Is there a way to fix this?

There is not sorting of contacts into folder on the BlackBerry. They all must be in the parent folder to sync. Sorry, maybe this will be addressed in the future releases.
