Whats one of the best but resonable priced bluetooth headsets for the Nextel 7100i? Ive heard alot of people saying that something about if they stay on there blue tooth headset for a long time it freezes there BB up or it automatically reboots them. Feedback greatly appreaciated!

i dont like the battery powered headsets for the fact that you have to keep buying batteries

The Plantronics Voyager 510 is a pretty good one too.

I like my Plantronics 640. I have never had anyone tell me I sound like I'm in a hole or in an auditorium or that my voice volume was low. The received sound is real good too. It will connect with two devices. It is rechargable by and AC adapter, by your phone charger (comes with adapters), or by a "pen" which holds a "AAA" battery. The pen option will clip into your shirt pocket.

It comes with three different sized ear pieces and an "over the ear" thing which I don't use. After a few minutes, you forget the thing is in your ear. It's a real nice headset!

I have to agree that my Motorola HS850 is a very comfortable earpiece to wear, and it works just fine with my 7130e.

I had the Motorola HS850, and couldn't hear at all with it. I got a Jabra bt500, and I hear great, no issues.

I use the Jabra v250. I like the way it works, though there is no tone generated with a PTT message is incoming.

Search Lower prices on computers, servers, computer parts and electronics than anywhere else! Pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com) for prices. I spent less than $50 including shipping.

I agree. The HS850 cannot be turned up loud enough to be effective. The volume control should push at least 50% more audio. I have one on my ear as a write this. It is virtually unusable in even a moderately noisy environment.

I also had a 510 (used with a 7100i) and it was incredible. I say had, because my dog... well... found it...

I cast another vote for the Voyager 510. I actually had my office buy me the Voyager 510 SL package. This will plug into your work phone with a handset lifter and you can then use the bluetooth piece for both your office phone as well as your cell phone. It is an awesome deal and works really well.
