View Full Version : Help: Email spontaneously not working

I use email through Vodafone BIS (um, 1.8 I think). Yesterday, I received three emails saying that my mailbox was full and to delete emails (although I only had about four in there). I get the Blackberry to keep mail on the server, but my laptop doesn't, so once I receive emails to the laptop, they're no longer on the server.

As of about this time yesterday, I haven't been able to send or receive a single email. I've deleted everything of our server, off my laptop and out of my Blackberry... WTF won't it work?!

Now I think back, I've noticed that I've had to resend emails several times before they'll successfully be sent for the past four days or so.

Apologies in advance if this is a major N00b Q, but there you have it.

On an 8707v if that makes a difference?

definitly sounds like you have BIS 1.8...if so the ermails are indicating that your BIS inbox is full

sign into your BIS account and clear the inbox
then you'll be able to send/receive w/o a problem
