HTML in emails? possible?

am i missing a setting or something? i sell alot on ebay and when i get a "i have a question" thru cox.net (2 different accounts) to my BB 8700... it shows alot of addresses where the HTML pics should be. is there a way to change this setting or what not?

Nope, the BB doesn't handle HTML email at all well.

I hear you! I really can't believe that machines with such nice screens cant even display formatted emails.
