How do I retrieve email acccidentally deleted!!

My assistant accidentally deleted all my email from my Blackberry. How do I retrieve them?

If you have saved a backup through backup/restore on the desktop manager I believe you can restore all of your databases using that backup.

Other than that I think you are out of luck. Perhaps reforward yourself all of your email that is still in your desktop inbox???

Yeppers.. if your e-mail only goes to your blackberry, your SOL.

If you forward your e-mail from your main account to the Blackberry, and you need a copy on your device, forward it again from your Outlook/etc..
