Noob question about 7100i and 7130e

So i was looking for a replacement on the Nextel network (work pays for it) and a replacement for my 7100i... Then i came across the Spring 7130e on ebay.... Question for you guys... Since Nextel and Sprint are workin together, will the 7130e work with my nextel account if registered?

asking this bc I want something without the antenna protruding out of it.

Anyone know?

Short answer is no. Sprint is CDMA and Nextel is iDEN and they don't work together. Sprint/Nextel has some hybrid phones coming out which use CDMA for the phone and iDEN for walkie-talkie (previously known as Direct Connect), but no BBs are on the rumor list yet.
