Help! Can't locate "sim card" option on 7130c

sorry for the idiot questions, I got unlock code for my BB 7130C from Adam last night, by following that instruction, i can't find the way to access SIM CARD option, it's not in setting option, my BB's software version is 4.1.0.321, any idea? Should I input "mepd" or "meppd" in order to display the first five levels unlocking information?
