you can do it right on the tmobile website. just click on the picture of your phone..

i am there and it sayssomethin about my account being suspended... i payed my bill and the internet works as does phone and sms. when i click on blackberry internet email it says my account has been suspended and to contact the system administrator...

Did you pay your bill late? Sounds like your BIS account was locked. You'll have to call t mobile I guess to get them to reactivate it.

This IS aggrevatingly difficult on T-Mobile to find. You have 2 options - on the 8700g, use Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, and choose "register now" to send service books, or go to my.t-mobile.com, login, click on SUPPORT FOR BLACKBERRY 8700G in the upper right, and then under Resources, click on Set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail. Service Books are under settings.

tried both, dont know whats wrong, even my 7105t is actin up. im taking it in to tmobile first thing in the morning. thanks all,

Sounds like it could be a TMO payment problem, pls let us know what the outcome is...?
