Blinking LED Light Question

So it blinks green every few seconds to show I have service or whatever and red if you get a message but for some odd reason after a few hours of blinking green it just stops automatically blinking and I have service... Is that normal?

my old 7100i used to do that ALL the time. the tier 2 blackberry support at SUXTEL had no idea what i was talking about. my tmo 8700g doesnt do that.

I'd be curious to find out why this happens.

Yes this is normal. When you have a Bluetooth connection the flashing LED is blue. You can change the setting to "None" if you desire. Check your profiles to change.

i have no blue tooth or anything connected but after the phones been on for quite some time the LED stops then when i start playi8ng wh or recieve a message it start blinking again.
