Is there a way to backup user ringtones and pictures?

I would like to know if there is a way to backup my ringtones and my pictures that I have stored on my 8700? I would like to back them up before I wipe the 8700.

I think Backup/Restore saves all all the data including your pics and ring tones.
and then you can restore ringtone only

backup and restore does not backup the user tones and pictures. found out the hard way. :(
