Keeping the backlight on during a call...

Would anyone be interested in an application that keeps the backlight during a call? And not in the bblight fashion, where you need to turn it on and then turn it off, but to just keep it on during the call.

Just seeing if there is interest in such an application.

Sounds like a good idea. Seems as though the backlight is always out when I am trying to look at the screen for information.

Actually I kinda like the idea that the backlight goes out. Less to heat up and less battery drainage.
Thank god for the new phone buttons for dialing and hanging up although I'm so use to using the trackwheel to do that (answer/hang up) it's going to take some getting used to.

Just move the wheel up or down one tick. That will not affect your call volume. It will just wake up the screen, so to speak.
