Question from a customer:

Is it possible to disable speed dialing from the main menu, but keep it enabled from within the phone application.

This particular guy keeps the BB is his pocket (I have suggested a nice leather case, but he wants to keep it in his pocket) and he occasionally hits (and must hold) a key from the main menu and dials out.

Thanks!

Called my house at 5:00am this morning by doing the same thing. Needless to say, nobody was too happy with me.
This would be a nice feature to find.

I had the same problem on mine, but took a different approach to solving it. Under Security I changed "Lock Handheld Upon Holstering" to yes. When I put my BB into the holster the keyboard locks, and the screen saver kicks in. When I pull it out of the holster I hit the wheel twice to unlock the screen. If I had a password on it, it would have to enter the password to unlock it. However, I have made the stupid decision to disable the password for now.
