Issues with Downloading BES 4.1 SP2?

Anyone Have issues downloading this? I was able to download it after a few times of trying and not able to extract the package but able to actually run it on its own.

First time this has happened...anyone?

when it was released there were lots of people having a problem downloading the SP. If you have T-Support you can get it from their FTP site.....
