View Full Version : Enterprise Activation - 7290 - Problems

Hey guys, back for post #2. We have a lady who is trying to activate her blackberry after our recent upgrading to BES. She has a BB 7290 that I believe is used but has a brand new SIM card. When you scroll to Options, there is no ADVANCED OPTIONS in her field to choose. From there you are supposed to go to Enterprise Activation, but for some reason she is missing advanced options. We have restarted, cleared it, hard cleared it and yet nothing. Please let me know what we can do to resolve this.

Sounds like her device has v4.0, or below, installed, not v4.1. Enterprise Activation is only in that location in v4.1 or higher.

Ok great, thats what we were thinking to. I had to call her, she is in Chicago and I left a message, I will let you guys know what happens.

If for some reason she is running 4.1, what should I consider next?
